Dear Parent/Carers and Families,
I am very aware that this is a time of high anxiety for lots of families. In order to support
children of critical workers and vulnerable families, we will be open as an Emergency
Provision during the Easter holidays, including the bank Holidays. The opening times
will be from 9.00am until 3.00pm including Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday.
I have included the updated Government Guidance with this letter. Please note that this
is Emergency Provision at school.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your children at home, if you are
able. The more children we have in school, the more difficulty we have with social
distancing and the more risks we incur for children, families and staff.

“Children with a parent or carer who is listed as a critical
worker should be considered for a school place, so long as their job
cannot be done from home.
Many parents working in these sectors will be able to ensure their
child is kept at home. And every child who can be safely cared for at
home should be, to limit the chance of the virus spreading.”

Please read the Government updated Guidance.
You should have already let school know your request for Emergency Provision. I know
some Critical workers are facing changes in shift patterns on a daily basis so please let us
know if there are any changes or you are able to make alternative arrangements. In this
way we can then plan for our staff team to come into school.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Keep safe and healthy.
