For nearly two weeks, Year 6 have been isolating at home. However, this hasn’t meant the work has stopped. On the contrary, the children have worked even harder and built up their resilience.
We have continued to discover more about World War 2 including the important role women played as well as rationing; what it is and comparing it to the food available today. As well as in English, we have continued to read ‘Goodnight Mr Tom’, linked it to our topic and looked at a range of key skills. Additionally, we have covered Maths, PE, Computing, French and much much more.
Overall, St Mary Magdalene’s are so proud of the children and how hard they’ve worked, WELL DONE!
